Louisiana native Tom Holyfield has lived and worked in the East Texas area for more than 26 years.
His dream of bringing a little bit of Louisiana cuisine to the region has culminated in Lil Tommy’s Gas & Go and the Cajun Cafe.

Lil Tommy’s Gas & Go has partnered with Valero, a San Antonio, Texas refinery and offers diesel on every pump. We’ll make you go!

Chips, candy, deli style sandwiches and drinks are just the beginning.
We also offer five flavors of coffee (including iced coffee) that we rotate daily, four flavors of tea, f’real™ milkshakes and smoothies and two flavors of Alligator Ice™.
